Part 2: The Flow State Container – 20 Weeks to Restore Natural Movement and Energy

 

Flow State is the next phase after your foundational release work, designed to help the body, mind, and nervous system remember how to move naturally again.

Where previous work focused on clearing, Flow State focuses on integration, circulation, and embodiment.

This is slow, intentional support, creating space for energy, emotion, and clarity to settle in their own rhythm.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

 

Length: 20 weeks (5 months)
Format: Zoom sessions + ongoing support
Total Sessions: 9

  • 6 core sessions

  • 3 integration check-ins

Includes text + email support throughout the container.

 

THE ARC OF THE WORK

 

 

PHASE ONE: ARRIVE & GROUND (Weeks 1–4)

Settling in and tuning to your body and energy

Week 1 — Opening Oracle Session (60 min)

  • Gentle ritual and intention setting

  • Guidance on your current energetic, emotional, and physical state

  • Establishing a grounded starting point

Week 2 — Medicine Alignment

  • Explore foods, herbs, and natural supports to help the body move freely

  • Nourish your system for effortless flow

Week 3 — Breathwork Session

  • Guided, gentle SOMA+IQ breathwork

  • Reconnect to your body and nervous system

  • Support emotional and energetic circulation

Weeks 4–6 — Integration Time

  • Space for your system to settle into the breathwork

  • Practices with sound, tea, and affirmation to support daily flow

  • Optional light text/email guidance

 

PHASE TWO: CIRCULATE (Weeks 7–12)

Creating space for energy to move and settle

Week 7 — Somatic Alignment Session

  • De-armoring and alignment to restore life-force flow

  • Release stuck tension without forcing

  • Support natural energy circulation

Weeks 8–10 — Integration Time

  • Gentle support for nervous system and body to integrate changes

  • Sound, herbal tea, and affirmation practices continue

  • Optional check-ins via text/email

Week 10 — Integration Check-In (30 min)

  • Reflect on shifts and embodied movement

  • Receive guidance for next steps

 

PHASE THREE: EMBODY (Weeks 13–20)

Settling into natural rhythm and closing the container

Week 13 — Ancestral + Energetic Flow Session

  • Support healthy boundaries, intention planting, and energetic alignment

  • Work with subtle ancestral and environmental patterns to allow freer energy

Week 16 — Oracle Integration Session (60 min)

  • Reflect on progress and shifts

  • Guidance for continued embodiment

Week 19 — Integration Check-In (30 min)

  • Assess stability and integration

  • Support for ongoing natural flow

Week 20 — Closing Session (60 min)

  • Gratitude, reflection, and gentle closing ritual

  • Support continued movement and embodied energy beyond the container
