When we go through challenging or overwhelming experiences, the body may hold onto the unfinished stress responses — as if it’s still waiting to complete them.Through breathwork and somatic release, the body finally has space to complete those “frozen” actions and let the stored energy move.

This breathwork session guides you inward to help clear what your body is ready to release — the emotions, energies, or patterns that have been sitting beneath the surface.
Through intentional breathing, we move through two phases:
Release
Sweeping away what your body is ready to exhale — stress, tension, old emotions, survival responses, or heaviness.Receive
Opening the body to receive what you’re ready for:
peace, clarity, grounding, inspiration, safety, or renewed energy.
Each session is unique and meets your body exactly where it is.
