Begin each day staring into your eyes.  
Allow yourself to be present with yourself.
If this is difficult, I encourage you to focus on the iris of your eyes.
Set an intention that you are talking to yourself as a child or that you are talking to your own children.
Say an affirmation to yourself every day until you move through the entire color.
Consider this to be a sacred devotion to yourself.
